By accessing or using gohspy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoHspy ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

gohspy is a social media monitoring and intelligence platform that tracks, aggregates, and qualifies publicly available posts from supported social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook groups, Reddit communities, and LinkedIn. The Service uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to surface posts that may represent commercial intent or buying signals relevant to your configured topics and keywords.

We are strictly a monitoring and discovery tool. We do not operate, represent, or affiliate with any social media platform. All data surfaced is already publicly accessible on the respective platforms. We do not alter, fabricate, or misrepresent any source content.

gohspy collects and processes only publicly available data — information that is visible to any unauthenticated visitor on the relevant platform. We prioritize official platform APIs wherever they are made available. Where no official API exists for publicly accessible content, we employ technical methods consistent with standard industry practices and applicable platform terms.

The data we surface typically includes:

• Public post text and timestamps
• Public author display names (usernames or pseudonyms)
• Public engagement metrics (likes, comment counts)
• Source location (group name, subreddit name, or keyword context)

We deliberately avoid and do not collect private messages, non-public profile information, contact details, government IDs, financial information, or any data not publicly visible. The intent of this collection is topic monitoring and commercial signal detection, not individual profiling or surveillance.

gohspy provides a data intelligence and monitoring service only. We do not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding business results, lead quality, conversion rates, revenue, or any other commercial outcome.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Surfaced leads may not respond to outreach.
• Surfaced posts may not represent genuine commercial intent.
• The Service is a discovery tool, not a closed-deal guarantee.
• Your commercial success depends entirely on your own outreach, product, and sales execution.
• GoHspy is not responsible for any failure to close deals, missed opportunities, or wasted outreach effort.

You agree to use gohspy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use the intelligence surfaced by the platform. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, stalk, or intimidate any individual
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Scrape or re-export platform data in bulk for resale
• Use surfaced data to build unauthorized advertising or targeting profiles
• Attempt to circumvent the Service's technical or access restrictions
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate commercial prospecting

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoHspy, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The gohspy platform, including its design, interface, AI qualification logic, and software systems, is the intellectual property of GoHspy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of any business data or configurations you provide to the platform (e.g., your target keywords, business description). You grant us a limited license to use that data solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts, as determined by applicable jurisdiction.
