Refund Policy

gohspy operates on a strict no-refund policy. When you subscribe to any plan, you are purchasing access to a software service — not a performance guarantee, not a lead guarantee, and not a sales guarantee. All payments made to gohspy are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy applies to all subscription tiers, including but not limited to monthly and annual plans, promotional rates, and any trial periods that have converted to paid subscriptions.

Your subscription payment grants you access to the following during your subscription period:

• A configured number of social media source monitors (Facebook groups, Reddit communities)
• AI-powered qualification and scoring of publicly available posts
• A dashboard to review, organise, and act on surfaced posts
• Automated or manual scan cycles within your plan's cadence

Access to this technology and infrastructure is what you pay for. The Service has genuine operating costs regardless of whether any particular user converts a post into a client. Those costs are incurred the moment the Service runs on your behalf.

gohspy is, categorically, a public data monitoring and discovery tool. We surface publicly available social media posts that match your configured topics. We do not:

• Control whether social media users post about your topic
• Control whether surfaced individuals are interested in purchasing from you
• Control the quality of your outreach, offer, pricing, or product
• Guarantee that any surfaced post represents a genuine buyer
• Guarantee any lead will convert, respond, or transact

A refund based on "I didn't get any leads" or "I didn't close any sales" would be equivalent to requesting a refund from a telescope manufacturer because you didn't discover a new planet. The tool performed its function. What you do with that information is entirely your responsibility.

We take platform reliability seriously. If our Service is confirmed to be non-functional or severely degraded due to a fault entirely attributable to GoHspy — such as a sustained outage, a broken data pipeline that produces zero results for an extended period, or a billing error that charges you incorrectly — you may be entitled to a pro-rated service credit.

To be eligible for a credit, the following conditions must be met:

• The issue must be a confirmed technical failure on our side, not a third-party platform change (e.g. Facebook or Reddit restricting access)
• The failure must have persisted for more than 72 continuous hours despite our acknowledgement
• You must submit a request within 14 days of the incident via support@gohspy.com with documentation
• The credit is prorated based on the number of confirmed downtime days within your billing cycle

Credits are issued as account balance applied to your next billing cycle. They are not redeemable for cash and do not constitute a refund. We evaluate each request on its individual merit and reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a platform-side failure vs. an expected limitation or third-party change.

To report a technical issue, email us at support@gohspy.com with a description of the issue, timestamps, and any screenshots or error messages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be revoked. No refund is issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your historical data. You may reactivate at any time by choosing a plan.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after using the Service — or attempting to circumvent this no-refund policy through your payment provider — is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently terminate the accounts of users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks and to pursue collection of disputed amounts to the fullest extent of applicable law.
